Once the order has been placed and our team has confirmed the same, we ship within 2-3 weeks. An additional 7 days is usually accounted for during the shipping period. • You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate your complimentary return to the original form of payment or a different variation of the same item.
• Return/exchange not valid on the gifts and other items in that order.
• Returns and exchanges are valid for orders placed within the US only.
• Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect your item within 10 business days to ensure it adheres to our guidelines.
• Merchandise tag must be attached, unaltered and the item must be in brand new, unworn, salable condition.
