Return Policy

SUMMARY OF RETURN POLICY

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate your complimentary return to original form of payment or a different variation of the same item.
  • Returns and exchanges are valid for orders placed within the US only.
  • We will provide an insured, prepaid label. Once the label is generated, you have 7 days to have your package scanned at a local FedEx location.
  • Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect your item within 10 business days to ensure it adheres to our guidelines.
  • Merchandise tag must be attached, unaltered and the item must be in brand new, unworn, salable condition.
  • Any/all certifications provided at the time of delivery, should be returned with the item. If the certificate is not provided, a fee of $50 will be deducted from the original purchase value.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Taxes will be deducted from the original amount too.


RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN WINDOW

If within 30 days from the delivery date you change your mind, we are happy to offer you a refund or you may opt to do an even exchange for the same item in a different size or color. We do not accept any returns or exchanges after the listed return window.

Once a return is initiated and the label is created, the package must be scanned by FedEx within seven (7) days. Please note that we require items to be returned to us via our preferred shipping service so that they are insured and protected. 

Once we have received your return back, we will process it within ten (10) business days. Your item must be sent with all tags attached, unaltered and the item must be in brand new, unworn, salable condition.

Upon approval, we will email you to confirm your payment details, ship out in stock exchange items, or begin production on your new item. 

Non-Refundable Items

At DiAi Designs we strive to make every piece personal to you. Most orders are made especially for you. Hence some the items which aren’t refundable include the following:
– Fine jewelry items that have been personalized (e.g., Personalized Necklaces, Engraved rings etc.).
– Jewelry with damaged or lost center diamonds.
– Jewelry or rings that have chips, scratches, breaks, or nicks.
– Jewelry that has been worked on, resized, or repaired by another jeweler.

Non-Resizable Items

Certain categories of goods, such as milgrain bands or full eternity rings, cannot be resized. Please ensure to order the correct ring size at the time of purchase. For assistance in determining the proper ring size, contact customer service at support@diaidesigns.com

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Cancel Or Change An Order

To change or cancel an order, email us at info@diaidesigns.com. We will attempt to accommodate changes before shipping confirmation, but some changes may result in a shipping delay. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations for special order requests or orders that have already shipped.
