SUMMARY OF RETURN POLICY
DiAi Designs offers a 30-day return and exchange period for items in original condition, excluding custom and personalized pieces. Returns are currently accepted for USA orders only..
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate your complimentary return to the original form of payment or a different variation of the same item.
- Returns and exchanges are valid for orders placed within the US only.
- Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect your item within 10 business days to ensure it adheres to our guidelines.
- Merchandise tag must be attached, unaltered and the item must be in brand new, unworn, salable condition.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection
- Resizing services are available, with specific fees applicable beyond the initial 30 days.
- Any/all certifications provided at the time of delivery, should be returned with the item. If the certificate is not provided, a fee of $50 will be deducted from the original purchase value.

RETURN WINDOW
1. Return and Exchange Period
Standard Return Window: Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a complimentary return or exchange for a full refund to the original payment method.
Exchange or Variations: Within the 30-day window, customers can exchange their purchase for a different variation of the same item or a new piece.
2. Eligibility Criteria
Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, without any signs of wear or alteration.
Packaging: All original packaging, certificates, and accompanying materials must be included.
Non-Refundable Items
- At DiAi Designs we strive to make every piece personal to you. Most orders are made especially for you and are considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Hence some the items which aren’t refundable include the following:
- Fine jewelry items that have been customised or personalized (e.g., Personalized Necklaces, Engraved rings etc.). - Complimentary gifts
- Jewelry with damaged or lost center diamonds.
- Jewelry or rings that have chips, scratches, breaks, or nicks.
- Jewelry that has been worked on, resized, or repaired by another jeweler.
3. Return Options
If you meet the eligibility requirements, you can choose one of the following options within 30 days of receiving your order and email us with your selected option on support@diaidesigns.com:
- Refund: You may opt to receive a refund to your original method of payment.
- Store Credit: You can receive store credit for the full purchase amount, which can be used on any future purchase on our website.
- Exchange for Another Item: You can exchange the item for another product of equal or greater value. Please note that the exchanged item cannot be returned.
- Resizing: If you'd like to resize the same piece, we offer resizing services. Once the item is resized, it is considered a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Kindly allow us 2-3 weeks to process the order after it reaches and is inspected at our given address.
4 Return Process
- Initiation: To begin a return or exchange, customers should contact our Customer Service team at support@diaidesings.com
- Shipping Label: Upon approval, the package may be sent at the given address or an insured, prepaid shipping label will be provided on request. Customers have 7 days from label issuance to ship the item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
- Inspection: Once received, returned items will undergo inspection. If the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration, the return may be refused, or additional repair/restocking fees may apply.
5. Refunds and Processing Time
- Refund Method: Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
6. International Orders
- Return Eligibility: Currently, returns and exchanges are valid for orders placed within the USA only.
- Shipping Costs: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including duties and taxes.
7. Resizing and Repairs
Though the returns and exchanges are valid in the 30-day window. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance, hence we offer a Lifetime Warranty. Certain categories of goods, such as milgrain bands or full eternity rings, cannot be resized. Please ensure to order the correct ring size at the time of purchase. - Lifetime Warranty
We offer a lifetime warranty for basic repairs, re-polishing, cleaning and rhodium. Email us on support@diaidesigns.com and we’ll help you out with the process for the same. To and fro shipping costs to the given address to be borne by the customer.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Cancel Or Change An Order
To change or cancel an order, email us at info@diaidesigns.com. We will attempt to accommodate changes before shipping confirmation, but some changes may result in a shipping delay. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations for special order requests or orders that have already shipped.
