Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and applicable taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. DIAI Designs is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges imposed by the destination country.

International Shipping
A flat shipping fee of $150 applies to orders shipped outside the USA to the following countries: Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia & New Zealand, UK (except London), Germany, and France.

Once the order has been placed and our team has confirmed the same, we ship within 2-3 weeks. An additional 7 days is usually accounted for during the shipping period. If you’d like an expedited delivery, you can email us as soon as your order is placed and we will try our best to make your order on priority basis.

Sure! You can contact us on info@diaidesigns.com within 5 days of placing the order, for the same.

Of course! You may cancel your order within 24 hours and either choose to receive a full refund or life-long store credit. The full refund will be initiated within 3-5 working days.
