Once the order has been placed and our team has confirmed the same, we ship within 2-3 weeks. An additional 7 days is usually accounted for during the shipping period. If you’d like an expedited delivery, you can email us as soon as your order is placed and we will try our best to make your order on priority basis.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours and either choose to receive a full refund or life-long store credit. The full refund will be initiated within 3-5 working days.

All orders are insured by DiAi designs and is completely our responsibility until it reaches you.

Your DiAi comes with a lifetime warranty covering basic repairs, re-polishing, cleaning and rhodium plating.

DiAi Designs offers a 30-day return and exchange period for items in original condition, excluding custom and personalized pieces. Returns are currently accepted for USA orders only.. 

• You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate your complimentary return to the original form of payment or a different variation of the same item.
• Return/exchange not valid on the gifts and other items in that order.
• Returns and exchanges are valid for orders placed within the US only.
• Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect your item within 10 business days to ensure it adheres to our guidelines.
• Merchandise tag must be attached, unaltered and the item must be in brand new, unworn, saleable condition.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection
• Resizing services are available, with specific fees applicable beyond the initial 30 days.
